I am an archaeologist and heritage researcher by training with a passion for research policy. My interest in research policy has led me to develop a ‘dual career’ as a heritage researcher and senior policy advisor at the Norwegian Ministry of Education and Research with particular emphasis on research careers, gender equality and diversity.
